Scope of works

  • Section 278 works, groundworks and external works including hard landscaping.

  • We were originally just appointed for the initial enabling works associated with the Section 278 works. However, because of our performance, Finnegan negotiated a substantial amount of additional works.

  • Groundworks associated with the construction of the main store. This included extensive deep drainage, pad foundations and infrastructure works.
